This is our new solid state power amplifier equipped with liquid cooled Freescale LDMOS transistors. It covers VHF amateur bands 144 - 148 MHz with output power up to 1800W for CW and SSB modes. This compact amplifier has 4.3" color touch screen that can be used to control the amplifier and display many operating parameters. And of course like all our amplifiers, this one also has a lot of built-in protection circuits.
